Global Markets (GMK) provides innovative, customized and integrated financial solutions for finance, investment and hedging needs. GMK serves internal customers - Inter Trust, Brokerage, Clearing & Custody and Prime Fund Solutions and external customers such as Asset Managers and Hedge funds and relationships Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Retail Banking. In recent years, GMK has built a leading position in Securities Financing, Treasury, but also specialist services such as Carbon Trading.
Information Systems & Technology is the ICT department and consists of two divisions, namely: Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (I & O). The services of IS focuses on designing, implementing, maintaining and integrating applications. The management of some systems/services has been merged into competence centers.Within the department IS - GMK, there is a vacancy for a test manager.

• Coordinates all testing management activities within the Calypso Competence Centre for the Liberty program. The test manager is responsible for delivering the effort on time and within budget while meeting all quality objectives set. The responsibilities include development and sign off of the Master Test Plan, strategy, organising the team, claiming and specifying the test environments, managing people, managing other test ware resources, and managing the relationship with project leaders in the project.
• Responsible for communicating the testing activity status and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback
• In large program or projects, he/she can be assisted by one or several Test Leaders taking over a part of the coordination and follow-up tasks
• Coaching test leaders and testers
• Ensuring the Calypso Competence Centre test methodology is applied within the Liberty program
• Reports to the head of the Calypso Competence Centre

• Knowledge of testing methodology (TMAP next)
• (Testing) Project Management (PRINCE II based)
• Testing tools such as Quality Centre, including the different modules such as defect an test case structure
• Knowledge of test automation and tooling (QTP); Understanding of how and when to use automation
• Risk Management
• General business knowledge (Global Markets with understanding of financial products)
• General knowledge of used systems for testing (such as Quality Centre) and technical architectures (interfacing, Server / Client model and so on)
• Communication (effective and assertive), Leadership
Organization / People management with a strong presence
• Experience in risk based testing and implementation test process in a complex OTAP environment.
• Proven track record of working in big projects
• Proven track record of written Master Test Plan and associated planning
• Preferably Dutch language with very good English languages skills (verbally as well as in writing)
